　　一、格式

　　1.称呼：

　　英语应用文称呼有这样的特点：

　　1)如果是不认识的人，一般称呼为敬词+尊称。

　　例如，Dear Sir or Madam 或者To Whom It May Concern (需注意每个单词首字母都大写)。

　　2)如果是写给关系正式的某团体或个人，称呼为敬词+尊称+名。

　　例如，Dear Mr. Xx,或Dear Ms.xx;

　　3)对于关系较亲密的人可以直呼其名，即 Dear xx。

　　同时需要注意的是：1.称呼要顶格写;2. 称呼之后要加逗号或者冒号。这里推荐大家用逗号，因为历年的高分范文都是用逗号的。

　　2.正文：

　　正文格式一般有两种格式：一是缩进式，即首段开头空四个字母，段落之间不空行; 另一种是齐头式，即每段开头不空格，但是各段之间空一行。**老师建议考生采用缩进式，因为如果用齐头式，段间空行的话很可能答题空间不够，导致字数不够。

　　3.结语：

　　结语要注意要留出两行。一行是靠后写类似汉语此致敬礼的话也就是Sincerely yours， 或者Yours sincerely ，一定要注意这个地方的结尾是有逗号的，如果丢掉了逗号，则会扣掉一份，请大家一定要注意。同时，还需要注意落款，落款部分不能写自己的名字。按照directions 中的要求使用名字。同时请大家注意名字后面一定不要加任何的符号。很多的学生喜欢在此打点号，请大家一定要注意，这里会被扣掉一分。

　　二、语言

　　写作用词准确是最基础的要求之一。其次，句型可以多变，例如既有并列句，也有复合句，还有从句，但注意语法运用要正确。此外还要注意，正式语言一般是写给具有正式关系的团体或机构，这种情况不用缩略语和口语用法。英语二的小作文一般写给正式关系的机构的文章片偏多。除了正式的文体以外，其他的文体皆为非正式文体，像写给朋友的书信等。英语一的小作文就是较为非正式一些。

　　一般小作文的考查要求中会体现出写该篇的目的和场合，所以考生在写作时要注意针对不同场合使用不同语言，使交流得以进行。另外，考生也要注意不同的应用文有不同的用语。建议考生对某些应用文的格式和习惯用语，应该加以熟悉和背诵，以便运用自如。

　　三、其他

　　考生在考试时注意在看到题目要求后不要忙于动笔，虽说小作文的字数充其量在一百多个单词，但是依旧要在脑子里理清思路。最好能够在仔细审题以后，认真列个提纲，这样更有利于思路清晰。

　　写作时，注意表达清楚以下几个方面：

　　1.单词基础

　　我是在18年12月考完六级之后开始准备考研英语单词的复习，那时候上了很多英语单词的视频课。我个人觉得最有用的就是词根词缀记忆法。它可以通过一个词根词缀衍生出多个单词，有时候也可以利用这种方法去猜单词的大概意思。对我帮助最大的就是，一次5天的线下免费课，是某个考研机构公益举办的，那5天的课给我打下了记忆单词的基础。

　　单词课推荐：1.恋恋有词(看过的同学都说好，虽然我个人只看过几集)2.我自己上的是网课机构配套的董仲蠡老师的课。3.到后期我发现刘一男老师的单词课是最有趣的，也是能够用一些小偏方去记住一些比较难记的单词。他的17天单词课在我到12月份的时候，考前还突击刷了一遍。

　　说实话，我自己是没有做单词的课堂笔记，也没有用单词书。前期基础阶段的时候用的是科林斯词典词频分级词汇，自己从网上下载的。

　　每天大概学100个，然后第2天复习前面的。把不会的单词用荧光笔标出来，等到第2天复习。第2天如果不会再在边上做一个标记。然后等第3天复习，如果还不会再加一个标记如此反复。每天学习新的100个单词都要复习前面的单词，不管它有多少400500都要复习。考研词汇量要求是5500个，去掉之前你就会的，大概是3000个，3000个单词一个月就能刷完第1遍。同时配套看视频，老师们好的学习方法都是值得借鉴的。

　　接下去每天用APP刷100个新单词，200个复习单词，一直坚持到考前都不能放弃，每天必须得刷完。

　　艾兵浩斯记忆法演变法：用柯林斯词典文件资料背书的时候，我觉得最实用的一个方法就是每天分7次背，每次念单词两遍，100个单词念一遍单词大概是5分钟，每天加起来花35分钟去念单词。这7次分别在第1次和半个小时之后，2个小时之后4个小时之后。6个小时之后。8个小时之后和睡觉前。不过这个时间安排是灵活的，你只要每天能够念7遍，等到第7遍的时候，你就会发现单词都会被你记下来。

　　2.长难句+语法

　　推荐课程：

　　①唐迟老师的语法课程(唐迟老师的公众号里就可以获取，入门很好用)

　　②坚持每天看何凯文的每日一句，如果可以的话做一下笔记，我个人是把每天的每日一句整理出来，每十天打印出来，复习一遍，相当于看两次

　　这些是我做的主要语法的课堂笔记，但是这远远不够必须看句句真研的配套课程，每章课程都有配套练习。重点掌握定语从句、状语从句、宾语从句、主语从句、同位语从句、标语从句。而且这个老师好像是教小学生的，说的内容都是用最易懂的方式让人知道最难的语法，(我个人认为能力最好的老师应该教小学生，因为那是一群最听不懂学习内容的群体。语法和单词是最最重要的基础，一定要打好基础才能在阅读作文上取得高分。

　　3.阅读理解

　　在6月之前，我一直在做张剑黄皮书的文章翻译(这几年的题目顺带做一下，不用纠结对错)

　　推荐书籍：李旭舅舅老师的《28分达》，没有研究其他的书，毕竟书不在多，市面上那么多好书好老师，最重要的是自己的一心一意。

　　做阅读理解的要求：

　　①分析错误原因，正确原因

　　②掌握单词短语

　　③背长难句

　　④看清命题方向

　　⑤通篇翻译对照答案每篇阅读做6个小时，每两天一篇，44篇*6h=264h

　　4.作文练字!练字!练字!

　　作文不像选择题，是用填图的方式，作文是要写字的，你要让老师看清楚你的每一个单词，每一个字母。就像高考的时候，老师对我们说的，好的字会让改卷老师心情愉悦说不定会给你加分。

　　①背20大必备范文(王江涛)

　　②少背多默，要注意拼写标点语法(小作文8分钟，大作文15分钟)

　　背作文的方法:1.找逻辑2.背中文3.进行中英互译(每篇中文译文也背)

　　熟练程度是达到别人说前一句你能说出后一句，不但是英文而且中文也要背出来。我是在11月中旬到12月，每天背英语作文4h以上，每天从吃饭的时候、路上、画画时都在听英语作文的录音，这可以在很多地方下载获取，最重要的是背完一篇要不断的听，不然会忘记。

　　事实上，我并没有在考前仿写过很多作文，只写过一两篇，也没有所谓的自己的模板，考试的时候就是直接看到题目，然后20篇作文里面的很多词句全部都跑到了脑子里，就直接写上去了，小作文是直接背到了，然后直接搬上去用了。

　　英语二70%考图表作文，30%考图画作文，70%考书信告示，20%考报告备忘录。

　　5.新题型/翻译/完形填空不怕大家笑话，我在考前只看了网课机构给的最后冲刺总结的三个视频关于新题型和完形填空的做法，下载了翻译要注意的一些单词。没有完整的做过一篇完形填空和翻译，考前才知道英语一的翻译和英语二的翻译不一样，英语二是1篇小短文，英语一是5个长难句，我做的翻译一直都是阅读理解里面的通篇翻译，考试的时候看到小短文的时候，其实是非常简单的。

　　我好像做了两篇新题型考前只了解了一下可能有哪种题型，一种是信息匹配，一种是排序，一种是配对。不过我还是到网上下载了很多小技巧。(技巧只是零时抱佛脚，不能指望.)

　　好像有网上有说可以放弃完形填空之类的，但是因为我不知道他有多难也没有练习过，所以考试的时候就想那就就做做看吧有多难。毕竟无知者无畏!不过我还是有书的，翻译的书还不错，我粗略的看了一些翻译技巧和方法。

　　但是这里的“英语阅读”模式则指的是在阅读时尽量不暗示自己、尽量在脑海中省略英文翻译成中文的那个过程，简单说来大概就是让自己的思维贴近原文，尽量跳过在心里英翻中的过程，用你的眼和你的脑快速反应英文句子的意思。此外，边阅读边在心里默读(甚至小声阅读)的方式也不可取，这些默读、英翻中的活动，干扰了你大脑对原文的直接反应，使你的阅读速度变慢，且阅读有个致命的特点，就是它考察的是对百分百英文原文的理解，你用你的中文思维去理解英文原文意思，终究是绕了个圈子，容易出错。

　　此外，在第一遍阅读原文的时候，切忌看完下句就马上回过头看上句，这种情况发生几次还好，但是反复回头的次数多了，将严重干扰你对作者行文思路的整体把握，这种反复回头看的情况一般是由于你注意力不够集中或者单词基础太薄弱造成的。

　　2做题技巧

　　顺序

　　阅读原文前，先把问题过一遍，一般阅读的题设可以分为细节题、文中新词(有可能是熟词僻意)揣测题、原文主旨题、作者态度题、给本文取个题目(其实还是文章主旨题)，扫一遍题目的作用在于带着问题去原文中找答案，做到有的放矢。

　　注意细节

　　在阅读时，给阅读原文的文章段落前标号”1、2、3“，因为题目很多都说第几段的某个句子或者某个词或者第几段的大意什么的，边阅读边标好段落省下你后来看题目再回过头找段落的时间(时间宝贵，能省一点是一点吧)。

　　注意转折连词

　　“however、but”这些转折连词十分重要，因为它在句子中起承上启下的作用，它们后面连接的句子往往是重点，需要更认真阅读，且这也是题设经常所考察的地方，在阅读时撞见这些词不妨在它的下面划一道线。

　　针对不同题目有不同答题技巧

　　其实不同类型的题目都有不同的答题技巧，比如细节题，就要回到原文找到题目所出的段落，锁定一定的范围，然后通过排除法一个个排除选项，最后确定答案。

　　排除法和对比法

　　比如你觉得选项A挺不错，但是千万别太相信自己，要接着看完所有的选项，所谓选正确答案，其实很多时候，选的是最佳答案——只有通过不断排除，不断对比各选项的优缺点才能提高正确率。

　　最后，那些过于极端的通常不是答案，比如“will never" "at all" ”have no“这种极端表达。把自己想象成作者和出题人，揣测作者的心理和出题人的考点!千万不要对题目进行过多的自我揣测。

　　3分析阅读

　　对于考研英语来说，做完题后对阅读进行详细分析，远比一个劲做题更重要。很多人很在意做考研英语阅读的正确率，其实“信心比黄金更重要”，比如06年英语很难，10年的题目也很难，你这两年错很多都很正常。我做06年阅读的时候，错了10个，但没时间郁闷，继续按照我的步骤，花很多时间分析阅读，分析总结错误的原因，到08年只错2个。总之，各年真题的阅读难度有一定弹性，不必过分纠结，心态要好。

　　如果你用一天时间写完一年的阅读，请花两天甚至更多的时间对阅读进行分析。首先，做完后，对答案，先对不带任何解析的ABCD简洁答案，知道答案之后，看自己做错的题，自己先想想为什么正确答案选它而不是选你选的那个，如果自己能想通，请回过头反思自己为何选错，并在错题旁边写下你选错的可能原因——审题不仔细(粗心问题)、不理解题目意思、关键单词不认识、对作者意图理解错误、原文中找不到题目的出处等等，如果看到正确答案经过自己思考还是无法理解答案，直接给题目打个星号。

　　再翻开真题解析书，你可以先看答案解析，也可以先对着解析书先翻译全文。再次阅读全文的时候，请先尝试一句句自我翻译，句子中自己不懂的生词(有的解析书中会给出解释，但也有的单词你不懂解析书也没提到)，都要做好记号，在生词上标注它的中文意思，生词都标注好中文意思了，若你还是翻译不过来，请看解析书给的翻译，对比自己翻译的不足。
