　　答辩人的父母均退休在家，有养老保险及工资收入保障，与被答辩人的父母相比，他们是答辩人良好的家庭和社会支持体系的重要组成部分，他们有时间更有能力并且愿意和要求照顾抚养孙子，请法院依据《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》的相关规定，将孩子抚养权判归答辩人行使。

　　(3)张X系男孩，由答辩人抚养对孩子的心理健康和个性塑造比较有利。

　　国内外的心理学研究表明，如果由单身母亲抚养男孩，容易使孩子形成“男孩女孩化”的特征，对其心理健康非常不利。如果张X由答辩人抚养，比较容易使孩子形成性别认同，培养起乐观、坚强、豁达等性格特点，由答辩人抚养孩子对其身心健康比较有利。

　　(4)改变孩子的学习环境，对孩子的成长不利。

　　孩子现跟随答辩人及其父母共同生活，孩子在～x年第一学期中成绩显著，被学校评为“进步小明星”，孩子的语文、数学、美术、体育、音乐、品德均被评为“优”，孩子已经适应并熟悉现在的学习和生活环境，如果让孩子到另外一个陌生的环境重新去适应，显然对其成长不利。

　　(5)被答辩人自控能力较差、性格偏激、处世方式容易走极端，孩子随其生活不利于孩子的身心健康。

　　被答辩人日常自控能力差，情绪宣泄不顾及孩子的感受，身教难以作出正确的表率。当着孩子的面喜怒无常，怨声载道。时常向孩子强迫灌输爷爷奶奶如何不好，使孩子违心地顺从其观点。面对其父母的过多干涉，其更是反复无常，尤其是被答辩人母亲来京期间，被答辩人与其母亲天天吵闹，严重时相互破口大骂，甚至动手厮打，丝毫不避讳孩子，使孩子的心灵受到严重创伤。另外被答辩人做事过于偏激，难以给孩子提供良好的成长环境。在其与答辩人和孩子共同生活期间，被答辩人多次利用自杀、恐吓、写绝命书等手段相威胁，以达到刺激答辩人的目的。分居后，其更是不顾对孩子的影响，采取编造伪证、假借权势、四处散发诬陷信件、到单位跳楼等极端方式，大造舆论把答辩人说成社会垃圾、大流氓、贪污犯，等等。被答辩人这种不客观、偏激的行事方式，将对孩子的心理成长产生致命的负面影响，孩子不宜随其共同生活。

　　2、被答辩人应支付子女抚养费600元/月。

　　根据《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》第四条的规定：有固定收入的，抚养费一般可按其月总收入的百分之二十至百分之三十的比例给付。负担两个以上子女抚育费的，比例可适当提高，但一般不得超过月总收入的百分之五十。被答辩人每月的工资收入x元左右，请法院依法酌定由其支付抚养费600元/月。

　　三、双方婚后共有财产应依法予以分割。

　　婚后所购买的房屋系答辩人原所在单位XX公司考虑到答辩人住房困难的情况下所分配，现有的存款、有价证券等共有财产也均系答辩人劳动所创造，法院在分割上述款项时应充分考虑该房产的性质、来源作如下分割：

　　1、位于xx市某某路某某中心X号楼XX室的房产。

　　因系答辩人单位所分配，该财产未凝聚被答辩人的任何劳动价值，故该房产应依法判归答辩人所有。

　　2、双方共有的存款、有价证券、理财产品、车辆共计人民币118.6万元。

　　该部分共有财产按照答辩人百分之七十，被答辩人百分之三十的比例予以分割。

　　118.6万元的具体明细为：理财产品30万元(20xx年到期)，银行存款15.8万元，提现剩余40万元左右，车辆估值32.8万元。

　　3、双方婚后的家具家电首饰等依法应作为共同财产按照均等的原则分割。

　　英文书信一般由六部分组成。即：信头(Heading)、信内地址(Inside Address)，

　　有时在书信后面还有附言(Postscript)、附件(Enclosure)，这得视具体情况而定。下面将分别说明。

　　1. 信头(Heading)

　　信内地址要写出收信人的姓名和地址。一般给比较生疏的亲友的信和公事信件要写出信内地址，而熟悉朋友可以省去这一步骤。信内地址写出在日期下一两行的左上角，第一行写收信人的称呼姓名，然后写出地址。地质也是从小到大写出，分缩进式和齐头式两种。例如：

　　4正文(Body of Letter)

　　正文是一封信的主体部分。通常在称呼的下一行写出。正文也可采用齐头式或缩进式的方法。齐头式是反映每段开头一行和后面行并齐。缩进式是指每段的第一行向右缩进几个字母。信笺讲究简洁、效率。开头几句简单地寒暄后就不如正题，在结尾处要有祝愿和敬语。

　　常用的开头语有：
